Many of you that have purchased external domains, i.e. www.agentname.com, that have been
forwarded to www.lizmoore.com/agentname. Now, you can mask the domain so when a client
goes to www.agentname.com and gets forwarded to www.lizmoore.com/agentname, that URL
will still show up as www.agentname.com. This is called masking. I included steps below on how
to do this. Keep in mind that this is for users that have registered with GoDaddy. If you registered
with someone other than GoDaddy, you may have to contact Customer Support and have them
help you. For the rest of us, follow the steps below, and you will be masked!
1. Go to www.godaddy.com. Login with your username and password.
2. On the top, green bar, click Domains-My Domains.
3. Click your domain, i.e. www.agentname.com. This will bring you to the Domain
Manager.
On the domain manager toolbar, you will see this icon . Click it.

5. That takes you to the Domain Forwarding screen. You will see this bar.
Click Masking.

6. Check the box that says “Mask Domain”. Under Masked Title, type your name, i.e.
Agent Name. Do the same for Masked Description Meta Tag, and Masked Keyboard
Meta Tag.
7. Click OK, and should be good to go!
