Using FileZilla to Access FTP (alternative method of you are having trouble)

Go to https://filezilla-project.org/ and click Download FileZilla Client

Scroll down to Show Additional Download Options and click it

Click the Recommended link, and run the file that it downloads

Click thru the install without changing any options, then click Finish.
